This is it. Exams. My last week of college.
Come Friday morning, I will officially be a “Computer Programmer”. That’s provided I actually make it through the week and judging by the sheer volume of insanely monotonous ZendcastsI have to get through for our PHP ”mini” project on Wednesday, there is a remote possibility I will not make it. Mini my dimpled, white arse. These things are LONG and CUMBERSOME. Jon Lebensold’s voice is starting to get to me. It’s too loud and he’s too smart. Tawfek Daghistani is too quiet. I cannot hear him which makes it very hard to follow along. Don’t get me wrong, my complaints are mostly exhaustion and stress related. I actually owe Jon Lebensold a big shout out. The fact of the matter is that I have learned more about PHP from 10 of his Zendcasts than I did from our professor the entire term. He is the Zend Master. Not that I am an expert, but I think the Zend frameworkis an incredibly useful tool for web application development. If it’s something that interests you, check out Jon’s Zendcasts. Which is what I need to get back to doing right now… ZzzzZZZ
Wish me luck.
